FANART

This slice-of-life romance is sweet and engaging, and felt quite genuine. The reader feels what it’s like to have the closet hanging over your head as a gay teen. And it’s kinda refreshing to read a novel where the love interest may or may not be automatically out-of-reach. Though this novel certainly has some surprises in store in that regard.
I loved that it’s centered around the idea of fanart. A very original and relevant thing for young adults and the fan communities today. It’s a charming and fun read.
